General Information
  • In general operation principle of this type separators is based on density difference between water and grease.
  • Oil & Grease has lower density than water and grease & oil particles rise to the surface of the separator tank.
  • Grease & oil collected at surface can be discharged manually or by means of an adjustable weir.
  • Belt type mechanical oil skimmers are optional.
